Do you wear socks in bed?

In winter yes. Its not good for you to come out of bed with warm feet then walk on a cold floor surface. Fresh socks of course. I dont put on socks walk round the house then go to bed in the same socks. :yuk:

Nope, I feel so uncomfortable when I have socks on in bed.

Also can’t fall asleep with any Day clothing on (jeans etc). It’s pyjamas or underwear only, a hoodie if it’s really cold.

i've done that once, but i don't find it comfortable

Only when the weather is really really cold and I have to be out the door early. I hate that feeling of my feet being nice and warm and then having to walk on the ice cold laminate flooring.

:thumbs: Also if you're struggling to get to sleep in the summer with the heat, run one foot under a cold tap and then leave it hanging out the bed with a fan pointed at it. I swear it works wonders!

I go through phases of doing so then not. Winter usually though yeah I do but at the moment no it’s too hot.
