Do people on here ever just lock themselves in their rooms and just want 24 hours to yourself and you refuse to see anybody or talk to anyone or eat something you just stay in your room and just want to be on your own for 24 hours
I do it sometimes I just think at times sometimes people need escape reality and just spend time on yourself

I often need time away from other people but not to the extent of locking myself away and not eating. :skull:

It's really nice to have alone time sometimes but that's a bit extreme :skull:

Never.
I do have to have my own time but never for a whole day period.
Unless I was forced into something like solitary confinement, I'd find it impossible to do anyway.

Chance would be a fine thing. I rarely get chance to even go to the bathroom on my own at home

Same here Annie, but I do relish those times I am completely alone with my thoughts, even if its only for an hour, but I also love the buzz of a full house.:wavey:

I love my own company at times.
24 hours is ok, but with food.

I like my alone time but I think 24 hours would be a bit too much especially with no food.

The last time I had 24 hours on my own was around 5 years ago, I still remember the day fondly

I occasionally disappeared into my cave (the rooms were en suite so you literally didn't have to leave) for a day or two at Uni when all of the constant drinking / socialising got too much... but not without food ffs. I had a toasted sandwich maker in my room and a mini fridge, kettle, pot noodles etc. so I just got supplies in and I was good to go :joker:.
[edit] I was late starting with "Lost" which was at the end of season 2 when I started watching it at Uni. I once told my Uni friends that I was going home for a long weekend, locked my door, shut the blackout-lined curtains, and binged those first two seasons over 3 days in the pitch dark.
NGL it was amazing.
[edit 2] I mean I say "days" but at the time I was sleeping from like 6am - 2pm so it was mostly nights :flutter:

I ****ing LOVE time on my own. Obviously with young kids, its not that often I get it mind. But before kids, I did this pretty regularly tbh. My husband, when we have babysitters always wants to go out drinking with mates, honestly my ideal evening is..long bath with no interuptions, and into bed early to stream something with..again..no interruptions. Might be sad to some, but I love my own company tbh. And quiet time.
Jake.
