She could have retired nicely...raised her children in a decent lifestyle and focused on them. ...yeah I’m guessing that this is why she’s having surgeries overseas, Annie...the risks from the quantities of general anaesthetics alone is hugely worrying ...and I would have thought, strongly advised against from any credible medical person..?...someone who would disregard those things as she does with frequent surgeries...is not in a good mind space at all and that’s really sad to see...

I agree and I think she's a "pioneer" of sorts. A cautionary tale for what's been going on in the last decade. All of the young reality TV stars have started having surgeries / fillers / etc. getting more and more extreme, basing their entire careers around it, and inevitably (like Katie) they're all going to encounter the aging process and panic, and try desperately to combat it (which you can't forever). I can see there being an awful lot more Katie Prices in 10 years time.

Yes she's made bad choices in her life, many do.. her life is analysed to the nth degree which is her choice how many other people in the public eye go through equally challenging times or have body/aging issues that see them struggle or undergo surgery in a bid to stay employable?

I don't think it's fair to attempt to pin the blame for this perfection ideal chasing on Katie price... we have no idea what the pressures were on her in her career to stay relevant. Glamour was very competitive therefore the pressure to go under the knife will have been huge.

Its kind of odd to me too, that so many celebs were neutrally good looking before the surgeries. yet they reckon the surgeries make them better. They must see something different to the rest of us, which I guess ties in with being desperately unhappy with themselves..for little reason. Its usually women rather than men, fairly sure its something to do with trying to live up to being 'the perfect woman' as made out by media. If there was not so much pressure on females to look a certain way, surgeries and such would go down I think..

They are but it seems no one can stop her ~ i don't know thats its 'cheap' surgery she has opted for ~ rather than , she found a surgeon that would operate on her as i think several have refused saying she needs psychiatric treatment for her addiction to surgery.

No one enjoys the aging process , I get a glimpse of myself sometimes and think who is that ?? Gawd the wrinkles are not great but to go to the lengths she has ~ at her age ~ the future does not look good for her and certainly not for her children if she continues.
