As sick as I am of Toy Story (my youngest watches it A LOT), it is iconic in many ways, especially with being the first big Pixar movie (and the first big CGI kids movie). It was ground-breaking so it has to get the vote.

Oh it's a tough one I'm stuck between toy story and babe but I'll go babe as a lot of others have gone for toy story
