Must admit I've never really considered that. I would imagine the live footage of course wouldn't be shown, the necessary action would be taken to ensure the other housemates were safe etc. After that the other housemates may well be too distressed to continue which is a shame, but they should be allowed to have the opportunity to take part in the show or something similar at a later date should the need arise. And, unfortunately, the show would be cancelled with perhaps a shorter replacement afterwards if the producers thought it best to do so.

When we watch "Live-Feed" it is not completely "Live".

There will be at least a (5 minute gap) or a much bigger gap, just in case Endemol's editing team need to edit something out quickly or bird-whistle it out.

If a housemate died on the show, it wouldn't be shown.

That is just one-step too far.

I think it would be very sad if a housemate had an accident and died, but Big Brother would ensure the safety of all housemates in the house and during tasks etc so it would be unlikely to happen. If it did, I'm sure everyone would be devastated. If someone came into the house and said they were dying of cancer and it was genuine (i.e. not a lie to get attention from the housemates or for the public to vote for them) then they would get the sympathy vote but also be remembered as it being an ambition that they wanted to fulfil and it would certainly go down in Big Brother history.
