Nope I'm crap with any stuff on my car I haven't a clue. I get my dad to do it
newer cars don't tend to have spare wheels. They provide a tyre repair kit and a battery operated pump so that anyone can "fix" it until they get to a garage

I can change a tyre....my car doesn't have a spare though, it has run flats

In theory yes but the bolts are always too tight for me to open luckily last time I got a puncture was at work and a guy who works downstairs who's big into cars had a set of attachments to make it easier to open them, it's so hard to loosen them when they tighten them with the power tool thing at the garage
