I was worried by the end of the technical challenge that she was being set up to leave this week, so when her showstopper ended up being edible I was pleasantly surprised :love:

(I also thought, from the showstopper onwards, that Jamie was being set up to leave, so... let's just be thankful that I don't place any bets on this show)

Just watched it... I've naturally placed my favourites in my signature.

Thoughts on others:
David - that jawline :drool: but... I get immediately strong "full of himself" vibes and he's probably the one I like the least.
Jamie - as a result, my babe of the series is Jamie.
Rosie - thought she was going to be the token posho nonce at the start, but I grew to like her a lot.
Henry - *the tory vibes are too strong*

I was surprised David didn't win with that snake cake. Helena pulling a masterpiece out of the bag as well :clap1: we stan our gothic queen.

The past few seasons have been a little too rushed with the editing, though. The actual cooking (which constitutes, what, 50% of the show?) is just so stuttered and you jump from contestant to contestant for no good reason. I'd rather it slowed down a bit.

Sad to see Henry go but he did have a disaster this week. I'm low-key wanting Rosie to win. Steph is too predictable. Alice seems too bland and David I can't see winning it but he is a finalist for sure

...David kept his cool and calm all of the way through and was quite consistent...he’s deserving of his win, I feel...I do love though, the emotion and chaos at times that Alice and Steph put into it all..their heart and their soul...:lovedup:..

Steph crumbled, pardon the pun, and even though she has been excellent throughout she just didn't cut it in the final, I think Alice ran David very close, I personally would have given it to Alice but pleased for David
