I keep seeing old clips retweeted onto my timeline, iconic moments and evictions, and there's really no other show like it. I gave The Circle a go last year, wasn't gripped, but hopefully with Emma it might be a bit better. I don't know why Channel 4 don't just buy the franchise back and work on promoting it to its former glory.

Of course, C5 really damaged its reputation with the fakeness of many of the series they produced, but BB18 was a great stepping stone into BB19 which felt very old-school big brother. A genuinely diverse cast from Tomasz to the Lewises to Anamelia, just needed one or two oldies.

If it could ever go back to the golden era then I'm all for it coming back but if it came back and was how it was towards the end then they may aswell not bother. For now I'm watching old clips of classic bb and they are brilliant

It's not hard to just bring it back next year. Put ordinary folk in. The cliche of back to basics. I'm sure loads of ordinary folk with dead end jobs or having a summer off university would love to participate in the show to try and win 100K. I didn't mind the last series when Cameron won. I agree we probably do need a few more oldies. There will be fit and healthy retirees who are doing **** all who would like the opportunity. Can't believe stuff like Love Island is still on compared to BB which actually did have some diversity.

It could probably get even bigger IF people realize they miss it & have gotten over the fatigue of the same thing year after year if it’s brought back years later. And good advertising and maybe some slight rebranding to bring in new fans. :clap2:

Like I’m starting to feel that fatigue with BBUS even though I still enjoy most of the seasons. :worry: Sometimes a break can benefit for anything.
