The plan is

Using only the civilian series's 1-19. Each day, over the next 19 days, we'll have one poll a day starting with series 1. But it won't be vote for your favourite, it will be vote to evict, so the housemate or housemates with the least votes from each series will go into the final. In the final it will be vote for your favourite.

Is there enough interest for this? If so, I'll crack on with it tomorrow.

Anybody want to add any suggestions, then you're welcome too, but do speak as soon as possible, because I plan to start it tomorrow evening or Saturday.

Starting with series 1 reminds me of how not enough people have watched it, it's a great series that ages quite well </3

Things that I need suggestions on are things like how many votes you should be allowed to make.

Some early series only had as few as 11 housemates, whereas some later series had over 20 housemates.

My idea would be if the series had fewer than 15 housemates, then you get to evict 3, if it has more than 15 housemates, then you can evict 5.

Does that sound OK, or do you have a suggestion?

That sounds just right.

What’s the maximum amount of housemates that can go to the final from one series?

Would anybody prefer to do vote for your favourite rather than vote to evict? I don't mind either way, I just think voting to evict will make it more unpredictable.

imo vote for favourite would make it more accurately reflect favourite housemates, whereas vote to evict would make it more likely to leave the more inoffensive housemates that aren't necessarily the favourites, so do with that what you will

Voting to evict means dull housemates will sail through.

You could always put, say, 4 through from each (to stop it just being the bores), then have some semi finals where it’s vote to save, and then a final with like the top 2 from each semi.

Voting to evict means dull housemates will sail through.I agree, that's a strong possibility, but vote for your favourite means that we get people like Caroline. Narinder, Alison, Bonnie and Charley are guaranteed places in the final.

But if the demand is for vote for your favourite, then we'll do it.

Just what we all need :clap1:

Jokes aside, I’m kind of leaning towards VTE because as much as I like Makosi and Charley, they win everything, it would make a good change to have an unpredictable winner for once. Also because Big Brother was generally VTE.

That said I can see the reasons for opting for VTS too.

Yeah, I agree with this. It'll be too predictable in VTS.

I'm confused now. I don't know whether to do vote for favourite or vote to evict.

What a pickle I'm in.

I'm off to watch rugby this evening, I'll make a decision when I get back.

Vote to evict will end up in a Savannah win nnn

I've decided to do vote for your favourite, we can't have a final with Gos, Sunita and Creepy Chris.

However, I don't want you voting childishly, don't be voting for Bonnie just because she says "I'm sexy and everything and everything"
