Of course she has left the Labour Party months ago
and joined the Indie Group Change UK
but she left that, and was a Independent MP

lib dems are going to be a credible force at the next election

It's not a surprise.
I wish Luciana all the very best.

Labour did let her down.
She will be happier in the Lib Dems.

What a reward for propping up tory austerity.

What System?

of elections

we are forced into supporting two main parties plus lib dems
sclerotic and distorted system
no way of adequately translating popular vote into proportional parliamentary representation

Sure
but two Main Labour and Conservative
are keeping first past the post.

So its not broken
but Fixed in place.

From the voter's perspective it is broken

Of course they're keeping it bc they benefit from it

But as we see a bunch of mps have no chance of creating a party with any chance of getting elected.
And so have no choice but join an existing party like we've seen.
Rigid and unfair system.

The Wholly horrible antisemitism she suffered aside for a moment how can age join the lib dems? ...vindicating the alignment withe the Tories they had during the implication of austerity on millions of vulnerable people, selling off valuable public assets vastly undervalued.

Putting thousands of young people in tens of thousands of debt to student loan companies.... Why? why are they attempting to resurrect this party, for the coalition horror sequel that cuts more people deeper?

Shockingly bad decision first time around so what's possessed them all I don't know :/
