Yes it was much better as a kid throwing eggs at the shop windows. Ironically I’m now the poor bastard that has to clean it up. Karma at its best.

You sound more like one of those poor bastards that ruined Halloween in the first place
Nah I can't stand it, do everything I can to ignore it

Did you smirk to yourself and mop it up or rant and rave nervously in your own house ?
My concern for your situation depends on this.

I threw eggs inside a guys flat once, through an open window
He was fuming
Had it coming though, was tormenting the local cats with his water pistol

It’s never happened at my house nor would I ever have thrown one at someone’s house :nono:
I wasn’t particularly happy about cleaning it up at work but my shift was nearly over so it was a good way to pass some time.
My situation is fine though thanks for your concern.

I don't want to take away from sherrifs heartfelt reply because it deserves more recognition than us...
But your attitude, and keen aim...along with the attitude you showed in the act of ganging up on someone the crowd had selected...reminded me a bit of the mentality of the people that support trump these days from all your posts you have made about them.

There was no crowd
My flatmate and I observed the guy tormenting the cats on a couple of occasions as he lived opposite us. And we meted out the revenge.
But you carry on with your imagined narratives

It's not the worst but I don't celebrate it and it seems like not even kids do it anymore. I gave up on trick or treating at like 10 years old, did the "mischief night" type of stuff like once or twice around that age and I've gone to very few Halloween themed parties or club nights.. a few random years and that's it. It's just not my style compared to Christmas and even other holidays :dazzler:
I love horror movies though but Halloween doesn't even get me in that horror movie vibe either
