I was gonna add a dumpster fire option but decided against it. People can’t get away that easy
I peripherally followed BB20 so I can't really judge, but from what I understand, BB20 pre-jury > BB21 post-jury > BB20 post-jury/BB21 pre-jury?

Still on first week in BB20 and on episode 19 on BB21, so I guess BB21.

Both good seasons, I am unsure. BB21 was more consistent and constantly good. Whereas BB20 was better pre jury but probably worse post jury

I actually found 20 enjoyable and I really thought things were heading in the right direction with the way CBS was producing the show...
Unfortunately 21 obviously had to end that and the recent season made me even think that 19 would make a good re-watch...

BB20>>>BB21.
During BB20, there was no malice between the HGs, just a divided house with 2 sides simply for strategy. I enjoyed watching Level 6 vs the Hive, knowing that they were all friendly when not playing the game. Each week, people were targeted based on these game alliances, and not out of spite. Live feeds were very entertaining, and there was a lot of gaming and comedy to watch. There was a great balance of strategy and fun involved, and the atmosphere wasn't toxic, unlike in BB21.
Moving on, the pre-jury phase of BB21 had one of the most toxic atmospheres in the history of BBUS, perhaps on par with BB15. People were being targeted for reasons outside of the game, e.g. the first 4 evicted were POC (I'm super upset about Kemi's early eviction :( ). Also, most of the HGs were very unlikeable, unlike in BB20 where almost everyone (apart from JC) was somewhat likeable. Imo, the only redeeming HGs of BB21 are Nicole, Ovi, Kat and Kemi. This was the season where I started rooting for Nicole, not because she was an amazing strategist, but because she was one of the sweetest HGs ever, compared to the other genuinely worse people, e.g. Michie and Holly. Things were taken so out of context that season, that I never enjoyed watching feeds, and I even skipped a few episodes where Michie/Jack were HOH.

BB21 had such a good winner in Jackson, it’s the only Winner ive liked since Derrick so it leaves a better taste for me :worship:

I didn't see enough of BB20 to judge tbh, like I hardly remember anything about it now aside from liking Tyler. BB21 had some good moments though AND a great winner :clap2:

Adding to my first comment, looking back at BB21, I really liked the post-jury phase, and I don't think I gave it enough credit. There were a lot of memorable moments then, such as Jess' HOH, the Holly or Tommy debate/eviction, and most notably, the mess that was gr8ful "breaking up". I really liked the post-jury phase, yet as evident in my former comment, pre-jury was so bad, hence it's easy to overlook post-jury.
But I still prefer BB20 :hee:

I initially voted 20 on this, but looking back, 21's aged significantly better, so that one.
