Seems this is being taken very seriously this year which is fantastic

I've had my own troubles people in my family have too and I know that people on this forum have

It helps to talk so if your ever suffering make sure you share it

Take care everyone xx

I have depression, social anxiety and agoraphobia. All very frustrating and even worse together.

I think most people suffer from mental health issues at varying points in their lives whether it be during a bereavement, illness , work stress etc it more common that people think

I had a really bad patch last month. Like one of my worst/longest.

It's hard to focus on the fact that it will pass and you will feel better but hold on everyone!! :worry:

I had a bad time last year at my second year at university it was that bad to the point I would lock myself in my room for the whole day for 24 hours and wouldn’t want to speak to anybody or see anyone

As Cherie said, I think a large number of people suffer, sometimes silently with mental health issues of their own. I'm so glad its becoming easier for people to talk and the more people you talk to, the more you find have their own experiences with it and it really does help to talk.

Ironically last night and this morning was one of the worst I’ve experienced yet. My anxiety kept me up until 4am but seeing all the support and outlets today as really helped and I’ve got some amazing friends around me to talk to.

NGL I'm a bit of a mess at the moment, worse than I've been for a while. As Marsh says, it can be hard to see that it'll pass as always when you're in the middle of it, that it isn't "different this time".

I don't think it helps that the world does lowkey seem to be going to **** right now, so when I go with the usual tactics - telling myself that things aren't actually a crap sandwich and it's just my stupid obsessive thinking getting the better of me - there's this constant actually not irrational voice I can't shake sneaking in at the side saying "lol but actually..."

I hope that everyone on here is okay, I'm not the best at comforting people, but hopefully any stresses or other problems in your life are sorted soon.

And just remember we're not far away now from the year 2020 which will hopefully bring some good news, I'm not wishing time away of course.
