The Accidental Samaritan

You're involved in a two-car crash on your way to work one morning in which you accidentally hit and kill a pedestrian. As you get out of the car, you are intercepted by a tearful woman who seems to think that she hit and killed the pedestrian. You're not sure why she thinks she hit the person, but she is convinced. There's only you, the woman, and the person you hit on the road; there are no witnesses. You know that whoever is deemed responsible will probably be sent to jail. What do you do?

Take the consequences as I couldn't live with the guilt, although I would think about it !!

I would continue to admit guilt and take whatever’s coming as I wouldn’t want someone who is innocent live with the guilt of killing someone.

Its a tough one this.....if the crash was my fault, I would have to accept responsibility. If it were the other drivers fault, there is a chance I would keep my mouth shut if I'm being honest.

I think I'd have to admit it

If she's so convinced then maybe she's right and I'm wrong and she did hit the pedestrian

If the crash was the woman's fault then she is responsible for the death. Send that bitch down.

Would take responsibility, probably CCTV around so it could end up worse for me if I tried to shift blame

Let her think she did it for sure

I don't think I'd be able to let someone else take the blame for that.

I would face the consequences. Although I'm not sure it would lead to a jail sentence, the operative word being "accidentally".

I would be to busy rifling the pockets of the deceased to care.

If the driver wasn't drunk, speeding or on their phone, no one in this scenario is likely to be charged at all let alone go to jail...

Take the consequences straight up.

I'm way too pretty for prison, so if she wants to take one for the team I'm all in.
