While I'm generally for less regulation, not more ... I think ISPs should automatically be in "block porn mode", and whoever pays the bills has to ask it to be lifted. #wontsomeonethinkofthechildren

I'm pretty sure they've finally just accepted that it's not technologically feasible (without going down a China-style firewall route)
