In your experience
I remember Sentanta sports was hard to get away when I wanted to cancel my contract with them.

E-On. They've got two dedicated customer service employees on Martin Lewis website. I know both of them as they've apologized to me so many times.
Their engineers are a joke. They book appointments then dont show up and then to take the p*ss claim they came to the house but no one answered. We had the ludicrous scenario where I was telling one of their operatives on the phone, that it is impossible for someone to come to my front door without me seeing them, and she actually said 'Well, its your word against mine'. By this time I was shouting and she quickly ended the call claiming I was being too aggressive.
After I discovered the forum to complain I then learnt they owed me 30 quid for every engineer that failed to turn up. No one on the phone told me this, they were too busy arguing and answering back. They ended up paying me nearly 200 quid for the failed calls.
I've got loads of stories about E-on. Avoid them they're engineers just dont turn up and when you complain they dont give a sht*t.

Office (shoe shop)
Bought a pair of suede black and white Vans and they gave me one shoe in a 6 (my size) and one in a 7. I obviously found out at home so went back and got accused of lying, the guy even asked if I had online banking that matched the receipt which I did, after showing them that and the guy saying they would have to check their stock before offering a refund.
Anyway we left and had food and went back an hour later and the guy admitted that they had found the same in the back and he never even said sorry and the girl who was snotty too slammed the shoe box infront of me so I just told the guy I wanted a full refund not them replaced and I said I had been patient but they were taking the piss. He started saying sorry then of course.
Got a refund but I'd never eveeeer shop there again.

Every time I’ve been there yeah! They go so fast they’re already packing your stuff before you’ve finished putting it on the bel, spins my head

Oh - at all the ALDI’s I’ve been to, they just whiz the food through the till and then you have to pack it yourself at the little desk/shelf thing the other side of the till

They’ll only do something about your problem if you tell them you’re gonna leave them. It’s a pain most of the time but they’re that **** we’ve guilt tripped them into discounting all of our broadband stuff to an insanely low price which saves money :joker:

They have to do that because they are on strict rules of scanning an average of a thousand items and hour or risk being sacked

Which is the reason they have such small packing space by the tills as you are not meant to pack there but pack at the packing benches
