She's not an MP. She was leading remembrance services in Scotland.

Why would she be at a remembrance event in London . If anything that would be rather disrespectful to Scottish regiments.

Why would she be at a remembrance event in London ..

Well that was the question I was wondering..

But with the answers ive been given, why bother sending a representative for the snp to the cenotaph?..

Was she in edinburgh? Representing the snp up thier?

Is edinburgh more important than say.....Hawick?

I still don't fully get why the self proclaimed leader of Scotland isn't down in London at the main event for all the British soldiers that died

She personally isn't a member but the party she leads is the third biggest party in Westminster.

She doesn't have the powers to be a dictator even if she wanted to. She's dictated by Westminster, that's the whole point of her stance on independence.

Hardly.

Other members of the party were at the Cenotaph. Ian Blackford was there.

She was remembering Scottish regiments in Scotland.

The EU isn't a dictatorship.

This doesn't make any sense.

Makes sense to me...if he would rather be in England rather than up in scotland on such a day..

Suppose it's etiquette though...better sook up to the arse of British etiquette eh..whilst in the same breath denouncing it.

Someone has to be at the Cenotaph, otherwise someone like you would question their position.

There's no such thing as British etiquette.

But we know thier position. ..that fat arsed kilted prick who thankfully had a still wind as he bent over to lay his wreath has made that very clear in parliament...as has the absentee.

Their position on what?

The UK. ...

Or perhaps london itself.

So why have someone parade thier fat arse on telly down in England/london when you supposedly have all the backing you need back home.....wouldn't it make more sense to make a stance and have all snp members and MPs up in scotland remembering the sacrifices the Scots did.

You right it is an Oligarchy, it certainly is not democratic
