Bearing in mind that "Miss Congeniality" is intended to be awarded to the queen who is kindest, most helpful toward the other queens, and selfless in a competition environment... (and not just "fan favourite", Valentina :oh:)
It's a fairly close race I feel. Vinegar was commented on being "the mother of the group" (by Scaredy Kat in particular), Sum Ting Wong had some of the more moving storylines, Blu was the loveable shady queen, Cheryl was the fans' meme queen with a lot of heart, Crystal was the foreign underdog, and Scaredy/Gothy both had understated, sweet personalities... and there's always the question of "do we pick a finalist? what if they win???" etc.
