A spot of milk in both to ease the bitterness

I've always had milk and one or two sugars until about 4 months ago when I started my weight loss "health kick" and since then have had without milk or sugar. Coffee too.
I do treat myself to a cappuccino every few weeks though to compensate! :joker:

I can have both with or without. If its proper coffee,I prefer that black. Tea I have really strong with literally just a splash of red milk

It depends on the tea. No one puts milk in Earl Grey or Lapsang Shusong. It would be ridiculous. I dont like any of the teas where milk can b added.
I only drink either full fat or cream in coffee. There not much point to putting skimmed in strong coffee.

With skimmed
But I don't mind tea without milk, it just makes me really thirsty. Never drink coffee unless it's in a chilled drink.

I pretty much only drink tea when I'm sick. I hear it's better without milk cause of how milk increases mucus or whatever so I make it without milk.
Don't like coffee either but if I'm gonna drink it there HAS TO be milk in it. Just nasty without it :worry:

Just a splash in tea and coffee. If I have white coffee, I'll have sugar in it. If it's black, no sugar. It's a very personal thing, isn't it.
