It should be legalised as it's utterly hypocritical that it's illegal while alcohol and smoking, which can have an adverse affect on the people partaking and those around them, is A-okay.

Weed has actual health benefits too unlike the alcohol and cigarettes.

I see no difference in drinking and smoking cannabis, imo it would impair driving and operating other machinery.
I think CBD oil with the THC removed has beneficial properties however, That should be a prescribed medication for anyone who needs it.

I don't really understand when people say "it's no worse than alcohol", when alcohol is one of the most addictive and destructive drugs on the planet. I agree that weed should be decriminalised but not legalised/legitimised/commercialised... I'd rather we didn't start encouraging people to escape from the world through mind-altering substance use any more than we already do.
