....hmmmm, this is a difficult one because there appears to have been a lot more leading up to the police officer’s action, than is being reported on social media..?..’he licked his face, he spat in his eye and mouth, he was agitated in his actions’...are all things that I’ve read...so it would be important to see this more in context..?...anyways, it wasn’t a wise action to slam his head to the concrete...he’s still in hospital, apparently..?...(...and has been charged with aggravated assault, also...)...it’s good that the police officer has been relieved of his duties while it’s investigated...

you will always end up in trouble, no matter who you are if you use undue force to achieve your objective. Thats the issue here. Of course no one likes to be spat at, it is assault, but that doesnt give anyone the right to smash someones skull.
