They just wouldn’t have the wealth of experience needed to manage at the highest level ..

Maybe lower levels then move up if and when they’ve proved themselves..

All that said .. can’t see us ever getting a female managing the top teams as there is simply too much at stake

I’d suggest that her players aren’t the only thing she may be dropping
