Lord Sugar summons the two frontrunners to the heart of London’s financial district to set them their final challenge to win his £250,000 investment.

For their last chance to convince Lord Sugar they’re worthy of his cash, each finalist must launch their new business. Invited back to aid the two finalists are some of this year’s fired candidates.

In an intensive three-day challenge, the finalists must create a new brand for their company, produce a digital billboard and direct and edit a television advert before pitching to Lord Sugar and a room full of industry experts at London’s City Hall.

Back in the boardroom, business proposals are picked apart by Lord Sugar before, after twelve tough weeks, he finally declares, 'You’re Hired!'

She wants to use Lord Sugars investment to expand her recruitment/headhunting firm. To my knowledge, I think it’s basically recruiting people and placing them in leadership roles like CEO’s

Want Carina to win much more as i've enjoyed her throughout so i'll be disappointed if she doesn't and Scarlett only peaked a few times for me, but at the same time i'm okay with either result.

So happy that Carina won, I think Scarlett was a bit too desperate in the boardroom as well and attacking Carina's business was unnecessary that stage, two great finalists though :love:

Happy for Carina! Her team did her proud aswell! Dont know what was going on with scarletts team it was a mess!

Both were so great and both deserved it! My fave was Carina from the start, and her business came from the heart and that showed. I think Scarlett's team was a mess and she desperately tried to shade Carina but it didn't work, I guess that was her downfall in the very end.
