Whatever we have left from on our American xmas day on the 22nd.
Beef, pork and a turkey, full on Xmas dinner, presents and crackers.
Or maybe something simple. Another full on Xmas dinner plus presents and trimmings again on the 29th with our daughter and partner from Brighton.
Don’t think hubby will last having to do full on dinners with extra trimmings 3 times in a week:joker:
Maybe best to cook a ham for in between with posh ready made trimmings...

I can't believe people eat turkey for CHRISTMAS... even some in America where turkey is eaten a month earlier for Thanksgiving lol :suspect:

Christmas is all about chicken, pasta, seafood, even steak but not that basic turkey :fan:

after Brexit can i nominate Jersey to be the first to be put in the Tibb stocks so we can spend a week hurling turnips at him?

It’s Turkey in England !!

Many mess the actual cooking up ... it should never be horrible and dry
