My uncle usually hosts Christmas, as he is this year. Last year the caterers carved the turkey, so we were all really disappointed Grandad does it otherwise :)

Full turkey, part boned to make it easier to carve.

There most definitely IS a difference , Turkey is usually more stringy and and texture is different.
