Do you take a nap in the afternoon?

I am having a nap because I am stuffed full of food and drink and was up late last night.

Do you take afternoon naps to recharge? Is it regular or just on special occasions. Xx

I do go to bed for 20 or 30mins some not all afternoon but I not taking a nap if you know what I mean Kate :hehe:

Depends on my working hours.

If I am on a super early wake up at say 6 - 7 and get home and have no calls for an hour I will nap on the sofa or if I don't sleep well and have all earliest and finish work at 4pm I sometimes go to bed for a few hours before tea.

Sometimes, the pills I'm on make me sleepy quite often and most of the time I can power through it

I just can't physically do it unless when I'm sick sooooome rare times. My body isn't programmed to sleep in the middle of the day. :shrug:
