Just recieved a £15 voucher from Just Eat for poor service

So I had a delivery that came 40 mins later then stated and they put that it had been delivered on the app even though it hadn't and when I found the restaurant all I got was attitude and no apologies or reason why and was told it was 2 mins away yet it came 20 mins later so I called just eat and made a complaint and they gave me a voucher for the amount that I spent

If they say it will arrive at said time they either follow the promise or inform the customer it will be late, but to turn up 40 odd mins later without an apology is terrible customer service

Yes it is but the takeaway was non responsive and very rude when I called so I contacted Just Eat

You said you called and got told it was late, it's new year they will be busy af. You said you got the food and still complained.

It's the fact the woman was very rude and lied on the phone, if you never complain things will never get sorted
