Yes BB 8 is very good this year but it is missing one thing: Russell Brand! He is such a legend and made me laugh vehemently. I think Alexa is doing a good job but she is nothing compared to Brand. I love his interaction with the audience and how he used to stare at whatever was there during the mouthpiece and then smashed it up. I want him back!!!

I miss him a lot too, but as his popularity was increasing, so was his career span. He's such a hard act to follow though - so fair play to those who've taken over presenting these last few weeks... they've not done such a bad job.

Did anyone see that amazing scene where Amanda wanted to talk about nominations with Sam and San just had her back to her playing with the grass. It's pretty much impossible to follow in Russell's footsteps because he is such a funny guy, the guest hosts have actually done an ok job but for me the humour level has just totally gone.

Yes he was stonkingly good and I can't be ar***d to watch BBBM at the moment because Russell was BBBM. It is not the same no matter what anyone says so I do understand. But that said he is not coming back.
