that the BBC had failed to prove

Tbf if she only does 14 minutes of her show, and it pulls in less viewers then she should be getting paid less than Jeremy Vine imo.
I agree with bridging the gap, but the same isn't very fair to Jeremy Vine's commitment to his show.

Other factors come into it and it's not just about gender gap , but the BBC are so dirty and corrupt :bored: .

Oh yeah, courts are never wrong :joker:
Good on her for playing the system, but to think she's remotely in the same bracket as Jeremy Vine is crazy. The difference in pay clearly had nothing to do with her gender.

I don't think she was underpaid. I think Jeremy Vine is overpaid. Awful, milky, whiny, car-hating, cycle riding irritant from the metropolitan liberal elite that he is.

Yes, good for her. The piss-take of unequal pay is ridiculous in 2020. And they were always going to find for her for much the same reason that everyone on TV adverts now is in a mixed race couple.

It's not really unequal pay, because it's not equal work

Do you have any proof of courts bias?
The BBC have been on dodgy ground with respect to equality for years and this was basically a final warning for them to get their house in order. I am not an expert on the metrics for deciding these things, i leave that up to the law
