Should the twins be allowed to joint winners if they get through that far?

This is a simple one.

Suppose we have a blue moon with green polka dot spots, and both twin sisters make it through to the final.

We would then have to choose between Samantha and Amanda.

Would it not also be cool to be able to vote for them as if they were a single entity.

I.e have their individual vote to win line, but also have a line for them as a single entity and if they won on that one, split the prize money 50/50 between two of them.

Like I said, I do not expect them to be in that position, but it would be kind of interesting and innovative.

No, because I think it'd even be unfair on them - they have individual qualities and characteristics, so they shouldn't just be lumped together like that.

Nope, they are separate people, very similar but say for instance they begin to show more individual character traits and some people start to prefer one over the other it's hardly fair to have the two of them put together.

My idea was to still keep the individual voting lines, but also add a separate one so if they do break free of the "twins" persona they get individual votes. I have seen some TV critics using the term Samanda to describe them.

Hopefully when the numbers drop they will show their individuality. If they were the only two left though I would like to see them both win purely because I would feel gutted for the twin that lost the public vote. :bawling:

That's a really good idea, single and joint voting lines.

How cruel would it be if there was someone just like you and people were deciding who was better. Especially with the only differneces being petty and personal things. Like a slight difference in looks or if you say a few stupider things. IMO It's too judgemental. Plus they just wouldn't be right or the same without each other.

P.S. I'm still annoyed there isn't a Samanda section on the site. You have to chooce betten the two when generally it's about them both.

I just can't see either of them being put up for the public vote without the other one, and that's not very likely either. At least one of them is going to end up being in the final, if not both of them.
