I always used "Two Thousand and x" until last year, I think reaching the twenties, its gonna be much more of a mouthful to say "Two Thousand and Twenty One" than simply "Twenty Twenty One"

2010+ - Twenty ten so that'll continue --- but I'll say it either way

Also for pre-2010, I'll sometimes say '95 '08 etc. but I'll never say '10 or anything post 2010 like that. Feels weird to me :think:

me when i came down to Essex and people would say "are you going to the party Saturday?

and id be like "er, i am going to the party ON Saturday yes"
