She goes in the diary room, claiming that it's obvoius why she's there and who she's going to slag off (!!!!is it Chanelle????), then rants about how poisonous Charley is and claims that she thinks of herself as "an angel sent from above". I think this madam needs to get her facts right. Charley's aware she's 'rough around the edges', it's Chanelle who thinks of herself as some "angel sent from above" and it's obvious by the way she comes to the diary room with this superiority complex, acting like we're all supposed to follow orders and vote Charley out for her.

Chanelle has issues, that much is pretty clear. She's the type of person who projects her own downfalls onto someone else so that she can maintain her perfect image of herself.
