Lisa Nandy has always been my pick and would be the only one j could see swaying me from Tories to Labour

Not very inspired by any of them, Keir and Rebecca would be the better choices

Did she have enough numbers by 2:30PM today?

Yes she squeezed through with minutes left

Except Labour isn't set for its first female leader because Starmer has a significant lead in the polling

I'm sure the labour voters will vote for one of the females and head down a totally new route

Lisa Nandy is the only one who cares for what the public wanted

Long-Bailey would be the worst, she is another Corbyn who would destroy the party even more then it already is

It all means very little to me at this point. If the leader can't challenge the Tories hold over the gullible masses then it's all pointless.

I'm pretty much done with hoping for the best and going with labour in hopes of removing the Tories. It's all pointless so I'm just voting Green in the next election at this point.

A tory's view on who should lead the labour party is like an oil baron's view on who should lead the charge for environmental reform.

Eh, i don't think opinions on Brexit should be a major part of the decision; it's all but definitely happening at this point. Nandy does seem the best of the female candidates, but then other females are RLB, Emily Thornberry, and Jess Phillips, so...

a Radio 4 Dead Ringers
called her the face of a 5 year year old girl.
And she is Mrs Merton.

I really don’t buy into the ‘it has to be a woman!’ thing at all, yeah it would be nice and all, but I just want someone good at their job and good for the party, I don’t care if they’re man, woman or if they’ve cut their bits off to identify as a Ken doll, just be good at your job and put a decent plan in place to get the Tories out at the next election.

i don't think this new leader will win an election, its going to require someone better. If labour get their act together perhaps they can get someone more suitable in place before the election, if not, it will be in 10 years

At this point I’ll take anyone but Thornberry

I was a big thornberry fan but all this backstabbing has put me right off her.
