i have this weird muscle pain, after a too intense fitness exercise 2 weeks back, i moved my arm over my head (that particular side too)
so i have a quite stiff left shoulder, same side also just below shoulder stiff feeling in ribs, and also a stiff back, but not constant pain
yes i looked things up, that the chest muscle are located there
i go overthinking, overthinking, which causes me stress
i never had a severe muscle pain so idk what that feels like, and another question can you have muscle pain in that area in your ribs?

I believe it’s fixed easily by logging off of the Internet for 5 months, I believe Kate had the same?

Sounds like you have a strain though Nicky. Use a muscle rub. It will fade in time. X

think i found what i got (actually my mom found it) i strained my shoulder muscle which connects with the ribcage, and the cause is too long sitting in a wrong position or lying in a wrong position in bed
but its symptoms exactly describe what i feel, also that it causes irritations around those area's and the armpit
The best way to alleviate muscle strains is a ibuprofen gel rub !!
Has to be max strength 10% !

we got something called Midalgan, which is also for strained muscles
maybe i should try to do other things too instead of sitting in one place (in wrong way) it seems ribcage doesn't move with rest of your body like shoulders, arms so that is where you can strain or irritate it if you sit or lay in a wrong position

I know you that athletes and pro rugby players swear by this max 10% stuff !!

If it lingers on see your GP, you might need a bit of physio if you've had a bad muscle strain. But just try to rest it and what not, nothing too strenuous that'll affect that area and cause anymore tension on the affected bits.
use our right arm for a week

I feel your pain Nicky.....I woke up 2 days ago with a pain in my neck and now literally feel like it may snap. I know it will ease but I will never again take turning my head for granted:laugh: I can't look over my shoulder without it killing me

Sounds like you've strained a muscle. Probably be fine in a week or so, try voltarol gel and maybe a few ibuprofen if the pain is too severe
Sounds like a pull or strain, take some form of anti inflammatory painkiller or try a muscle rub.
Best thing is to seek medical advice when you are unsure and in pain though.

i also kinda feel the muscle when i touch the centre of the pain with my fingers, i first thought, is this my heart (i go overthinking, stressing so often which also is unhealthy) but i looked it up and it seems you can feel muscles
midalgan kinda helped warm it all up (i also could feel it was extra warm midalgan gel LOL)
