Daughter in law is home from America on Friday. Celebrations will be had...including food, so, takeaways of some sort on the horizon.

I hardly ever have them. I can cook most things so end up critiquing most takeaways quite harshly and speculating as if they'd used other ingredients then it would have tasted better. Tried my hand at Baking recently. Bread not cakes. My bread looks fine but I just cannot get the taste right with white bread; wholemeal etc no problem but plain white what I call 'bread bread' I just cant get the right balance of taste.
