...I guess that I’m one of the children who never wanted this Brexit divorce, so it’s hard to feel a celebration for it...I feel an acceptance for sure, but not a celebration because I never felt the unhappiness of the marriage...it felt like a union and family that worked and blended well...and it only felt cracked and divided when a referendum was engineered to crack and divide it...I can’t celebrate or feel any sense of joy or indeed anything other than sadness for something that has divided a country...a divided country is a losing country, so I don’t see any ‘win’ at all for anyone..we either all ‘lose’ or we all ‘win’, if those terms are applied...I cringe whenever I see ‘Remainers’/‘Brexiters’...we were once one and united... now we’re split and divided, which would take the the ‘Great’ out of any country...

The one that looks happy.

The one that symbolises freedom.

Party tonight on here at 11pm, my fellow forum members, all welcome, even the powerful establishment (I don't exclude you like you do us)

They'll be bunting, booze, sausage rolls, jelly and Ice cream and we'll have a jolly old sing song around the old Joanna.

In days of the past, we'd be doing it in the streets, but now they'll have to be fantasy sausage rolls and Jelly and Ice cream.

Not celebrating no as nobody has told me what the benefits to leaving will be, but resigned to it all, and not going to be a remainer who bangs on about it forever, its happening so we have to live with it for now

Our politics the last two and a half years has been so tumultuous that I will be glad to see the end of that period. Won't be celebrating exactly but I'll be relieved

Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk ProRugby League for me, St Helens vs Salford. Then watch the Brexit stuff. Might record Love Island, I'm loving Mike now that his heads gone. Couldn't care less about transfer deadline, it's a farce.

Yay! Brexit Day! Let us celebrate the fact we're becoming the US' bitches officially! Let us cheer the fact we're inviting China to pillage our information through Huawei! We don't need privacy when we have the false idea that we can kick all the foreigners out! WOOO!

Thank god we have found freedom from the EU, now we can willingly become the US' 51st state! Good job, Brexiters! You got what you wanted! :clap1:

No one wants to kick foreigners out...just control our borders. Ignorant people want to see it from your perspective.

We are not celebrating , but are happy for those who want to, a negative outlook will give negative results, lets be positive, it will all come good in the end,
