LOUISE Redknapp is locked in a million-pound legal battle over a Peppa Pig song.

The company behind the hit kids' TV show have been accused of ripping off Louise's 1996 hit Naked by its songwriters.

Peppa Pig: My First Album was released in July last year and featured a track called Peppa's Party Time.

However, The Mirror reports the songwriters behind Naked have launched legal action against Entertainment One claiming the track is an infringement of copyright.

Sources told the publication the dispute has been settled by the company behind Peppa Pig, with the composers entitled to all future royalties.

They are also entitled to backdated royalties which could earn them up to £1 million.
