Just in case there wasn't enough RuPaul's Drag Race in your life already, a "special edition" of All Stars has been confirmed for this summer.

The newly season will premiere on 5 June on US network Showtime - the sister channel of VH1, which airs regular editions of Drag Race and All Stars.

The premire will take place a week after the conclusion of the upcoming 12th season of Drag Race, which kicks off next Friday 28 February on VH1 in the US, and the following day on Netflix in the UK.

It appears that this 'special edition' of All Stars will serve as what we previously understood to be 'All Stars 5', which was filmed last year.

...I have to say that I’ve never actually watched an All Stars version yet...

There needs to be more time between seasons. It's always a bit much when a series starts one week after the last one ends.

AS2 is arguably the best season ever, even though the winner is slightly predictable, S3 is good but a twist at the end ****s it up and AS4 is ok but the queens **** it up by their elimination process

I believe this is the last AS for a while (hopefully)
