It happened due to protests linked to a singer called Fally Ipupa from Congo that will be performing in one of the biggest scene in France, near the train station.
Apparently he's the target of opponents of the outgoing president in Congo, Felix Tshisekedi. I guess some people found it right to start a fire to protest against his concert.

Well, it's not like something is not burning somewhere in France every week due to protests or strikes. So why not this one....
