Hopefully not the day I had today where I've had to dismantle a load of metal racking in a spider webbed covered barn..sludging through mud with trainers on..lifting kilo after kilo after kilo of metal on my shoulders....dusting away ancient spider webs from my face.

It feels good now though as my body purrs again after 3 months of sitting in a van.

But what made it special is one of my workmates fell face first into the sludge..I missed it cause I was straining, with far to much metal on my shoulders for my wage, looking head first into the rented lorry we were loading those ***** onto.
