Most fast food is awful for you, it is supposed to be a rare treat, you won't have a heart attack if you eat mostly healthy foods and have fast food sometimes.

Also, it says people are going vegan because they think they are being healthy which is not true at all, they are going vegan because it is better for the environment, they don't want to eat dead animals and many other reasons. There are health benefits if you only eat processed foods in moderation, like you should.

I always knew not all vegan food was healthy , as for the statistics of it causing more heart attacks I doubt that's true :rolleyes: .
It's common sense to have a balanced diet anyway :shrug: .
