My last caffeine drink is 4.30 or so.

So as to have a good sleep.

On high days and holidays i may have a cool refreshing glass of White wine (grapes=fruit) at around 6.45 or so as to quieten the voices and to guard against covid 19

I have a question for you.

What's the difference between a Eccles cake and a Chorley cake?

In the shops I go in, they're always next to each other, and I always go for the Chorley cake, because I prefer them. But are they the same?

No, different pastries. Chorley are shortcrust, eccles puff pastry...eccles are flakier than chorley. I prefer eccles although like both.

The TL does this with mint tea as she does not drink caffeine. But when she gets home she does not wash it until the next morning, not good. She also leaves her coat in kitchen also bad.

But they also enjoy such brands like Castrol, Mobil 1, Mag 1, Valvoline, Shell etc...

I use this machine
https://pickserver.de/get_image.php?sku=DL043.jpg&dim=320
and brew one of these capsules into a mug
https://www.dolce-gusto.co.uk/m/media/catalog/product/cache/25/small_image/200x200/9df78eab33525d08d6e5fb8d27136e95/x/i/xi-espresso-intenso-nescafe-dolce-gusto-front.jpg
then I add a spoon of raw unrefined cane sugar like this
http://puu.sh/FjMj7/7093536b6d.jpg
I then top it up to the brim with calcium fortified soya milk
http://puu.sh/FjMke/3b2b7a541a.jpg
Then I microwave it for two minutes because the milk makes it cold and I just like the taste of microwaved coffee anyway.
