what do we care about irrelevant Canada athletes, not like they would've won many medals
japan are being pretty dickish about it. It will get good results if it's delayed a year
what do we care about irrelevant Canada athletes, not like they would've won many medals
Nor would any of the other athletes because they'd all have contracted coronavirus

well i trust Asia more than europe in terms of controlling this virus
and if there really was any doubts, Thomas Bach of IOC would've already said so, so he also must have faith in Asia's control over the virus

Apart from anything else training for a lot of these athletes will be patchy with having to self isolate or maybe even contracting the virus

what our dutch olympic committee thinks about this
‘The IOC is confident that it will have finalised these discussions within the next four weeks, and greatly appreciates the solidarity and partnership of the NOCs and IFs in supporting the athletes and adapting the games planning,’ the IOC said.

we would
our Hockey teams, and also at gymnastics, Epke Zonderland who should Always be considered a contender there
2021 is a better solution to postpone it till then, and i do hope all athletes can also start preparing for that soon too

Also means some young contenders who weren't going to be there will be primed for 2021, pushing some of this years hopefuls aside. A shame for them as they'll have been training for 4+ years for this summer.
