Well, with the Self Isolation going on I figure it’s probably time to get my self lost in a game once again. Any recommendations on a sleeper PlayStation game driven by story that I probably haven’t played yet?(Last Of Us,RDR,Uncharted etc) ?

It depends on what Games that you've played.

But personally I really loved the Telltale Definitive Version of The Walking Dead where you get Seasons 1-4 + Michonne. And the story and characters were fantastic imo, it was everything that the TV Show should've been imo.

Horizon: Zero Dawn
Spider-Man
Batman: Arkham trilogy (skip Origins tbh)
Witcher 3
God of War
Resident Evil 2 Remake (and then 3 when it comes out next week)
Things like Detroit/Until Dawn (if you're looking for VERY heavily story driven).

FF7 Remake when it comes out on the 10th :hee:

If you want to go a little more niche;

Nier: Automata
Persona 5
Death Stranding (It doesn't have to be a time-sink, don't be afraid to ignore the "delivering" and just rush the story, it's entirely possible and IMO worth it)

I’ve always been put off by The Witcher due to how long it’s supposed to be, but all we have now is time, so I’ve started it now. Let’s get it started.

It is very long :umm2:. Especially if you include the 2 expansions.

When you get bored of it’s clunky ass controls swap to dragon age, it’s very similar but with more humour

You must play Last Of Us at some point. Best zombie game and the second one is coming out soon.

Whilst I will concede that TW has slightly clunky controls... I don't know how you can recommend Dragon Age as an alternative with that in mind. The controls for DA: Inquisition are even clunkier than TW3 .

Speaking of Bioware games though, it's a shame we can't recommend the Mass Effect series! One of the absolute best story-driven experiences IMO. It isn't available on PS4 though :bawling:... you'd need a last-gen console or PC.

There is always Mass Effect: Andromeda which is severely underrated imo.
