My usual walking route was closed to the public yesterday so I ended up taking doggo on a new walk that involved a tonne of steps. So sadly today my thighs and butt are KILLING ME and I cannot do the Mrs Cherivator work out.

I NEED the gym. :bored: I feel so bloated already now, if this quarantining lasts a lot longer I'm screwed. I need to implement some at-home workouts or go for runs around the block or something

I was lucky enough to get a Peloton bike for Christmas, and the dog needs a lot of exercise. Although we've all been poorly this week, although thankfully not virus-related.

I've seen so many people in parks doing stuff like this in the videos you've posted :skull:
I'm aiming for at least 10k steps a day during this lock down - the thought of just slouched around for 3 weeks doing nothing makes me feel ill.
I'm also going on a booze detox, trying to eat moderately cleanly and drinking copious amounts of green tea!

:creep: is that you LT?
I've been training with resistance bands... arm/chest. Put on a bit of weight which is what I needed as I was way too skinny before.
Luckily lockdown has come during my cutting season so the gym hasn’t been missed yet. I’ve been doing 5km runs daily and then training with some dumbbells I luckily bought before lockdown began! PHEW!

I make sure I do 15K steps every day. Need to do more toning/weight exercises though, miss doing it in the gym.
Have lost 10 stone since last August.

Still going on regular runs, mainly 5k. I'm now running 5k without stopping. Have done a couple of 10k runs also.
And I've been working out when I can throughout the day, not going overboard though. Right now I'm working on my abs and back

Luckily for me the lockdown happened while I was healing from a shoulder injury after a tough rugby practice, so I could be as lazy as possible.
Now it's fine, but I need to hit a rugby field and start home workouts again (I don't trust gyms at the moment)

I jog or walk daily and strength train 4x per week
Got my 5k time down to under 22 minutes in lockdown and have jumped on the Joe Wicks HIIT bandwagon after calling him a stupid ponce the last three years
