Wtf? I live in a pretty rural area, I had assumed that clearer skies mainly applied to towns and cities but... The stars and moon here tonight are the brightest I've ever seen. In my entire life. I had no idea.
Wtf is usually going on up in the atmosphere?? Yuck. Human "progress" is trash.

I freaked out when i saw the moon the other day
It was just a regular cresent moon shape but i swear it was bright orange

Here in North Wales it’s been clear as a bell all week. Last night the moon was so vivid that you could see the “rays” coming off it. Just goes to show what a change in pollution causes.

Wish I had one of those expensive professional cameras that can zoom right in to the moon right now! Pictures would be so clear.

Yes, the one good thing to come from this is the reduction in pollution, which is actually of major immediate benefit in terms of the air that we breathe

I just went out to look after seeing this. Wow. Also the bright red star is it mars?! Its so bright. Looks like its on fire!
I can hear the birds tweeting and chirping away, I wonder what they are saying at tmes.
