Looks like it could have been taken form behind the bath or behind the counter in the kitchen and the glasses on the walls fixtures were later changed.

I would not go that far just yet. They could have covered where the glasses are with the lightboxes that have the housemates pictures on them.

Plus secret interiors remain under construction normally when the show is in progress.

Could be an extra house or room, and only certain housemates will be chosen to go in there - maybe it's a nominations twist like the Bedsit or House Next Door where the housemates will be nominated to go into the room by the public instead of being evicted.

I don' think Wednesday's night is a twist. Because both programmes are only on for 30 minuites. They may have been seperated because of Brothers and Sisters (new drama)

It's not in the title sequence.

If you recorded (or have) on the Couch from last night, it's the preroll to the very first VT. Right after Davina says, "I am too"
