She said she stockpiles and had to throw loads of food away because it went mouldy but said she doesnt care about the vulnerable and will still continue to over buy.
Every supermarket needs to give her a ban until life is back to normal , make her suffer and let her know how it feels to starve

Nasty
The Sun exploiting a dummy, what's new?
Also, crisps, biscuits, instant noodles classed as fresh produce since when? This stuff has months and months on it. Again, The Sun want to sell 'outrage' who better than some idiot who want's to get their face in the paper. Lamb/slaughter etc.
edit - pickled onions last forever in the fridge, all those old sauces too. Seriously, this is just a woman sorting out her food cupboards, and the sun selling it as something else to outrage the gullible

There are packs of things there that if she bough them in Feb/March won't be out of date for at least 6 months. And the jars are likely to be 2021 and beyond.
There's a jar of pickled onions! The "use by" on that is probably 2023 ffs, that's the whole point of pickling!

Has anyone read the article?
Yes the comment about the vulnerable is hateful the rest is her explaining her own vulnerability displayed with her irrational stockpiling. In that she is on her own and scared for her kids, she knew the food she bought wouldn't be eaten but bought it on impulse.
As she says many others will have done the same.
I really dislike these persecution stories, why at a time when we need to be coming together are there still these stories to inspire mob mentality? The pitchforks are going to be out now for this woman and her kids.

I'd like to suggest Melanie Phillips and Priti Patel being added to the mix
