Green apples probably, you know the really tart ones? Beautiful.

Also love grapes, oranges, watermelon, pineapples and these Asian things I've only had a handful of times when I can get them called Rambutan - delicious!

Granny Smiths apples? They are seriously tart and crunchy. Lush.

A -good- yellow nectarine but they are such a gamble. They need to be juicy but still with a tang, not too sweet. Can't be even slight over ripe (they go too sweet/powdery) or under ripe (crunchy and horrible).

But when you get one that's just right they are the best.
