How are the vegans coping?

As a trainee vegan myself..or ex trainee as gails bakers is shut now.

Im struggling to find stuff, even my days off stuff like salmon and green beans with some baby potototos (that's baby tatties btw)

Awww, how I love smashing some butter all over the heads of those potototos; wee sprinkle of black pepper over them that slightly dusts the salmon..
Touch balsamic on the beans.
